How It Works
Our program breaks water competence into four levels: Comfort, Confidence, Competence, and Fluency. Each level builds practical skills like floating, treading, breath control, and movement above and below the surface. Every skill is scalable, so beginners and advanced members can train together, while progressing at their own pace. Through guided practice, games, and challenges, you’ll develop the ability to stay calm, capable, and in control in deep water.
{ Level 1: Comfort
We begin by helping participants feel comfortable in the water. This step includes breath control, putting face in the water, floating, and basic movements.
{{ Level 2: Confidence
As comfort grows, participants begin to feel confident in the water. They learn to stay calm in deep water, even when they cannot touch the bottom. This step includes treading water, basic swim strokes, underwater orientation, and remaining calm while submerged.
{{{ Level 3: Competence
As confidence grows, members build real competence in the water. This step focuses on sustained treading, controlled breath holds, introduction to CO2 tolerance, and developing both underwater and surface skills.
{{{{ Level 4: Fluency
Water fluency combines comfort and competence, allowing members to move efficiently on the surface and underwater. They complete tasks while submerged and significantly extend breath-hold capacity. Many use this stage to refine & sharpen skills for advanced goals like free diving, underwater sports, or instructor or military swim qualifications.
